Tracy Ann – Co-Director, Spiritual Guide & Transformational Facilitator

With over 20 years of experience in training, personal development and facilitating meaningful change, Tracy brings a distinctive blend of spiritual wisdom, intuitive exploration and grounded, real-world understanding to Ayrshire Healing Centre.

At the heart of Tracy’s work is a deep belief that we are spiritual beings navigating a very human experience. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with who they are beyond the expectations, conditioning and challenges of everyday life, discovering the wisdom, strength and authenticity that already exist within them.

Specialising in spiritual channelling, intuitive guidance, energetic boundaries and deeper transformational healing, Tracy creates spaces where individuals can explore their spiritual connection, challenge limiting patterns and develop a greater understanding of themselves at a soul level.

Her work draws upon Reiki, sound healing, shamanic practices and intuitive energy work, often taking people beyond traditional approaches to healing and into a more profound journey of self-discovery. Through immersive group experiences, spiritual development training and deeply personal one-to-one sessions, Tracy encourages individuals to explore their own truth, trust their intuition and embrace their unique spiritual path.

Alongside her spiritual practice, Tracy brings this same philosophy into the professional world. She specialises in creating and delivering training that explores resilience, self-awareness, emotional wellbeing and the importance of healthy boundaries. Her approach bridges the gap between inner awareness and practical everyday living, empowering individuals, practitioners and organisations to navigate life’s demands without losing connection to themselves.

A creator of her own oracle card deck, Tracy weaves symbolism, creativity and intuitive wisdom throughout her work, encouraging people to move beyond simply seeking answers from others and instead develop confidence in their own inner knowing.

Tracy’s philosophy is that spiritual development isn’t about escaping the human experience. It’s about understanding ourselves deeply enough to navigate it with greater awareness, courage, compassion and authenticity.
